Descripción Del Trabajo

**PLEASE APPLY THROUGH THIS LINK**:
Hi there! We are looking to hire a project manager ASAP! We have a large number of internal projects, and we need to hire someone to help us execute them!

Experience working in project management for a digital marketing or advertising company strongly preferred, but not required.

This position is a full-time, 40+ hour per week role, with potential for additional hours based on availability. You will be required to work during Pacific Standard Time hours.

This work will be challenging, but extremely rewarding. Most of the internal projects you will be working on are all different from each other, so each day will be different - there will rarely be a dull moment.

You will need to be smart, and driven - and know when to say "No" to ideas and projects, and know when to say "Yes" to the projects and goals that push the company's goals forward. However, we do have standardized processes and operating procedures that you will need to follow in this role.

You must have STRONG listening skills and communication skills, note taking skills, and strong interpersonal skills. You must be EXTREMELY organized, and view timelines as something that is non-negotiable, not suggestions. You must be the type of person who doesn't need people to tell you to do something twice. If there are tasks that a team member needs to complete, you will assign those tasks in our project management tool to that team member immediately without us needing to ask you to. You will need to be a strong critical thinker who can "think outside of the box" when needed, to get the projects done on time. And if you're not 100% sure about something, you're the type of person who asks questions and isn't afraid to admit when they aren't fully on the same page with the rest of the team.

You will also need to be a strong communicator with external stakeholders, and internal employees. We need a team player who is willing to do whatever it takes to get projects done on time - "lone wolves" are not what we are looking for.

(Side note - if you have a great sense of humor and thick skin, even better! I (the founder) have a really unique sense of humor, and also swear a lot - so if this offends you, or if you're allergic to a fun time, then this role might be a nightmare, lol).

This role as project manager will be viewed as a leadership role within the company.

We offer benefits like: Earned paid days off, Bonus Checks for great performance, health insurance benefits, and a free gym membership

REQUESTED SKILLS:
Great English speaking and writing skills.
Extremely organized, and a self-starter who proactively looks for new projects to take on internally
Excellent problem solving skills (and critical thinking skills) with the the ability to get stuff done
Willing to learn new tasks, undergo highly beneficial training, and is not easily offended
Has a highly-motivated, energetic attitude
Extremely reliable and dependable, willing to go the extra mile for the company
Must be willing to learn and become an expert at the Asana project management system
Has a highly positive, no excuses attitude

ABOUT OUR COMPANY:
Our company is based in the U.S. and located in the state of Washington
Our company is based around the highest level of ethics, morals, and values.
Our company is fast-paced and quickly growing
We have built this company over the past five years
We move very fast & expect the people we work with to be quick and motivated to keep up!
We are very loyal to our team members, value them above everything else in the company & treat them with respect
We give bonuses for doing a good job. If you help the company win, you should win too.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
You will be the main person in charge of making sure that we are making progress on our goals and projects - which also means that you will be responsible for delegating tasks to the right employees or finding contractors to carry them out (including the founder of the company when needed). We will rely on you to help build timelines, determine what tasks need to be done in the right order, and make sure that the overall projects get done within the timeline that you set for them.
You will communicate with internal employees, and external contractors and partners as needed. You will need to be assertive, but fair and reasonable.
For each new project we create, you will be required to create a project kickoff meeting to document the project brief with all project stakeholders, build the list of tasks and timelines from that brief, and keep our project management system AND project portfolios updated and organized.
You will set quick weekly update meetings for all projects with each project’s status updates, and also update them in our projects portfolio - and bring up challenges or issues we need to resolve on each project.
We follow the “Traction” model. You will lead our weekly traction meeting, and keep us on track with the Traction philosophy.
You will need
