En Alabama Solutions buscamos un Scrum Master, con experiencia en analisis funcional y preferentemente experiencia previa como QA / QA Lead. Este rol combina la facilitación de equipos ágiles con una fuerte orientación a la calidad del producto y al entendimiento de los requerimientos de negocio.
Responsabilidades:
- Facilitar ceremonias ágiles y asegurar la correcta aplicación de metodologías Scrum.
- Colaborar con el Product Owner y stakeholders en la gestión del backlog, priorización y definición clara de requerimientos.
- Remover impedimentos y crear un entorno colaborativo que potencie la productividad y la calidad.
- Asegurar la aplicación de métricas ágiles (burndown, velocity, lead time) para la toma de decisiones.
- Contribuir desde la visión de Business Analyst en la traducción de necesidades de negocio a requerimientos técnicos claros y accionables.
- Aprovechar la experiencia como QA para garantizar que el producto cumpla criterios de aceptación, cobertura de pruebas y validación funcional.
- Promover buenas prácticas de calidad, automatización y CI/CD en colaboración con los equipos técnicos.
- 3+ años de experiencia como Scrum Master en proyectos de software.
- 2+ años de experiencia como Business Analyst, con capacidad de análisis funcional y relación con stakeholders.
- 2+ años de experiencia en QA / QA Lead, con liderazgo de iniciativas de testing.
- Conocimiento sólido de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experiencia en definición de requerimientos, casos de prueba y criterios de aceptación.
- Manejo de herramientas de gestión (Jira, Confluence u otras).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, facilitación y liderazgo.
- Trabajo remoto, flexibilidad y equilibrio. También cuando quieras, podrás trabajar en nuestra oficina en Montevideo si así lo deseas.

We are seeking a **Principal Product Manager** for the industry leading **SynXis CRS** product with a focus on revenue management. This role combines vision with hands-on execution. You will be the subject matter expert and the voice of the customer. The ideal candidate brings both business acumen and technical depth, with a passion for problem-solving to execute complex product strategies from concept to launch and through end of life.
**Role and Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and maintain comprehensive market intelligence
+ Own the product development process from ideation through launch and end of life
+ Create and communicate product roadmaps that align with the business needs.
+ The expert for your product portfolio and represent the voice of the customer
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
+ Collaboration with technology, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product delivery
+ Partner with marketing communications on product positioning and value propositions.
+ Work with technical leads to leverage emerging technologies
+ Create business cases and validate financial justifications for new product initiatives
+ Lead process improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights
**Qualifications and Education Requirements:**
+ 4+ years' experience in Revenue Management
+ 5 + years' experience in product management or adjacent discipline
+ 3+ years' experience in market-facing roles (e.g., engaging with customers and prospects)
+ Knowledge of emerging trends in travel (such as AI/ML etc.)
+ Passion for product ownership, customer advocacy, lifecycle management and the ability to lead.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization and clearly express conceptual ideas visually, verbally and in writing.
+ Ability to make difficult business decisions and communicate impact of such decisions.
+ Ability to thrive with minimal supervision.
