Position Overview We're seeking a motivated Marketing Specialist who combines strong copywriting skills with hands-on digital marketing execution. You'll manage content calendars, take care of email marketing, publish campaigns, and ensure projects move forward on time. You don't need to be an expert in every channel on day one, but you should bring curiosity, ownership, and the drive to learn. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and UX/UI Designer, contributing directly to Teem's demand generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Write and edit clear, persuasive content for blogs, case studies, newsletters, cold email campaigns, nurturing sequences, and social media.
Manage and maintain the marketing content calendar, ensuring deadlines are met.
Update and optimize website content for messaging consistency and SEO visibility.
Support the coordination, promotion, and follow-up of webinars.
Draft and schedule newsletters and email campaigns within our marketing automation tools.
Repurpose long-form content (case studies, webinars, transcripts) into multiple formats across channels.
Collaborate with design to create high-quality, on-brand assets.
Track and report on content and campaign performance, suggesting improvements.
Required Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in marketing, content, or communications (B2B experience preferred).
Strong copywriting and editing skills with examples of engaging, audience-focused content.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels including SEO, email, and social media.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through to completion.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field, OR equivalent work experience.
- Experience working with US companies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with marketing automation and CMS platforms.
Understanding of SEO best practices.
Exposure to healthcare, staffing, or SaaS industries.

En El Rey queremos sumar a nuestro equipo un/a Responsable de Ecommerce, quien liderará la gestión de nuestras plataformas digitales, asegurando una operación eficiente y orientada a resultados. Buscamos a una persona con experiencia comprobada en ventas online, marketplaces y análisis de datos, con capacidad para impulsar el crecimiento del canal digital.
Principales responsabilidades:
Gestión integral de nuestro sitio de Ecommerce y marketplaces (principalmente Mercado Libre y Fenicio).
Coordinación y ejecución de acciones comerciales, promociones y campañas.
- Supervisión de la operación diaria digital: carga y actualización de productos, precios, stock, monitoreo de ventas.
- Análisis de KPIs clave del canal online y elaboración de reportes diarios/semanales.
- Uso avanzado de Excel para análisis de performance y apoyo en la toma de decisiones.
- Coordinación con equipos internos y externos para asegurar una ejecución fluida.
- Asegurar la estabilidad y continuidad operativa de todos los servicios digitales.
Requisitos:
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en roles similares (Ecommerce, marketing digital, operaciones).
- Manejo avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas complejas, dashboards).
- Conocimiento práctico de plataformas de Ecommerce y marketplaces.
- Perfil analítico, proactivo y con fuerte orientación a resultados.
Se valorará especialmente:
- Experiencia previa con Fenicio y/o Mercado Libre.
- Manejo de herramientas de BI como Power BI o Google Data Studio.
- Conocimientos básicos en diseño y gestión de contenidos digitales

Portuguese Speaking Social Media Coordinator – Montevideo
The Role:
We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our growing Marketing Team in Latin America and help propel our brand's social media to exciting new levels. You'll need to be up to date on the latest social media trends and channels, as well as be able to think creatively when developing new strategies to reach our target audience, and increase their engagement with our brand.
This role is varied and comes with a fair share of responsibility, as you will be involved in managing the publication of content to all social media channels; as well as brainstorming, drafting and executing the aforementioned strategies for a brand that operates globally. As part of the Marketing Team in Latin America, you will work closely with content writers and designers to provide a clear vision and detailed briefs for the company's social media strategy.
The main responsibilities of the position include:- Design, manage, and implement the company's social media strategy
- Analyse client demographics in each region to ensure alignment with the company's overarching vision and objectives
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends and leverage them to enhance the company's digital presence and brand visibility
- Identify, explore, and introduce new social media initiatives to boost brand awareness
- Execute well-rounded campaigns aimed at increasing brand recognition and engagement across various social media platforms
- Develop content, interact with clients, and oversee the company's social media activities
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective campaigns and analyse performance data
- Keep track of new platform features and functionalities, utilising them strategically to support the company's objectives
- Stay informed on industry-specific regulations regarding content distribution on social media
- Establish timelines for campaign launches and track their performance to maximize results
- Utilize data-driven insights and forecasting techniques to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Degree in Marketing or any other related field
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management
- Proven ability to develop and execute social media strategies for a well-established global brand
- Demonstrated success in expanding and optimizing social media campaigns
- Strong ability to assess social media performance, identify key trends, and generate insightful reports
- Fluent Portuguese speakers with excellent oral and written skills in Spanish and English
- Highly motivated and passionate, with a strong sense of integrity and a positive attitude in all situations
