La persona seleccionada será responsable de brindar soporte al Líder de Producto en tareas tanto operativas como estratégicas, vinculadas al desarrollo de productos de la Compañía. Asimismo, colaborará con los responsables de las líneas comerciales en el diseño e implementación de lanzamientos de nuevos productos, c
apacitaciones,
estrategias, entre otros.

- Brindar soporte operativo y analítico al Líder de Producto en la gestión de procesos comerciales.
- Participar activamente en proyectos de reingeniería, digitalización y a
utomatización,
así como desarrollar nuevos productos.
- Colaborar en la elaboración de propuestas comerciales dirigidas a brokers, sponsors e i
ntermediarios.
- Interactuar con equipos regionales y de casa matriz.
- Realizar estudios de mercado para identificar tendencias y
oportunidades.
- Contribuir en el planeamiento estratégico mediante el análisis de indicadores clave.
- Participar en la preparación de presentaciones comerciales.
- Gestiona tareas
administrativa
s del área, brinda capacitaciones y da seguimiento a procesos vinculados a seguros de vida.

Requisitos:

Responsibilities:
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Agresso Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Central Command travel module of Agresso (Unit 4), a key mid-office system that integrates travel booking data with NetSuite ERP, commission management systems, and the advisor portal. This position serves as a bridge between business users and developers, ensuring system functionality aligns with business needs. The analyst will provide end-user support, document and translate business requirements, and lead testing efforts for system enhancements and updates. This position is part of the Financial Application team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsibilities for the Agresso Business Systems Analyst relate to end user support, functional requirements and testing, and other related activities to ensure end users have a functioning system that meets their requirements.
Specific responsibilities of this role include:
System Support & Issue Management
Provide day-to-day support for Agresso Central Command travel module users.
- Manage and resolve tickets through the system's support platform.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and escalate technical problems as needed.
Ensure system uptime and performance meet business expectations.
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for developers.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for system processes and enhancements.
Participate in design reviews and provide input on functional design.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Develop test scripts and execute test plans for system changes and enhancements.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users.
- Validate data flows between Agresso, NetSuite ERP, and other integrated systems.
Ensure system updates meet functional and performance requirements.
Cross-System Integration & Collaboration
Support integration efforts between Agresso and external systems (NetSuite, commission management, advisor portal).
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless data exchange and process alignment.
- Collaborate with finance and travel teams to align system functionality with operational needs.
- Monitor and improve integration workflows for accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in technology or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Intermediate SQL knowledge, ability to write and understand simple SQL queries
- ERP systems experiences, preferably with NetSuite
- Experience testing and building test plans for system changes
- Accounting knowledge a plus
- Travel industry experience a plus

Area:
In the Montevideo HUB, we have the Business Reporting (BR) area, which encompasses activities related to cost center accounting, inventory costing, fixed assets, investment projects, and the preparation of income statements with a breakdown by business. From these activities, we derive information that we transform into reports that assist business and service units in the Americas in their decision-making processes.
Main Objective of the Position:
Provide support to the business units in the preparation of company income statements, specifically regarding cost center allocations, explanations of variances in results compared to other periods, and monthly EBIT analysis. For Non-Trade Business, execute and support all tasks related to billing not associated with the company's core business.
Main Tasks:
- Perform daily and monthly activities, related to the processes of Cost Center Accounting, Income Statement & Non-Trade for companies and businesses of the BASF group of Americas.
- Process monthly the complete distribution of expenses of the different cost objects, generating the monthly income statement that allows providing information for business decision making.
- Ensure the consistency of information of the financial module vs the management module.
- Provide and analyze the correct allocation of the different positions of monthly and annual income statement.
- Support the improvement of the design and flow of the process looking for opportunities for improvement and automation through new technologies and systems.
- Assist in important tasks for the entire organization such as: Audit, Internal Control, implementation of changes to improve the efficiency of processes, among others.
Minimum Education and Qualification Requirements for the Position:
- Education: Advanced student or graduate of Accountant, Business Administration, Economics
- Working Experience: More than 3 years of professional experience in financial roles.
- Language skills: Advanced proficiency in English, both oral and written, will be tested. Portuguese is highly valued.
- Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience using SAP.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, customer focus, and problem-solving mindset. Organized, proactive, and autonomous, with the ability to prioritize effectively and communicate clearly.
