**Algunos de los desafíos del cargo son**:
- Pago a proveedores
- Gestión de cobranza
- Registraciones contables
- Supervisión del personal contable
- Borrador de declaración de impuestos
**Requisitos excluyentes**:
- Experiência en empresas del rubro construcción, mínimo 1 año.
- Experiência con personal a cargo.
- Estudiante terciario egresado o próximo a egresar (Contador, Administrativo).
**En cuanto a las condiciones de trabajo**:
- Se trabaja de Lunes a Viernes, de 8 a 17:15 hs (1 hora de descanso)
**- Zona**: la blanqueada, Montevideo
**- Salario mensual**: $75.000 nominal

In this position, you will be supervising a team of Service Engineers working with Process Automation industries in Uruguay. Allocating and monitoring work on services and projects based on scope. You will help to execute the Service strategy and boost growth by focusing on delivering timely, high-quality and cost-effective service offerings, solutions and projects. You will drive excellence through effective planning and allocation of resources in accordance with processes, procedures and guidelines.
**This position reports to**:

**Your responsibilities**:
- Allocating and monitoring work on projects based on scope, delivery time, competencies, and workload - effectively utilizing resources through proper planning and scheduling.
- Building sustainable customer relationships and utilizing feedback to drive consistent development of processes and practices.
- Exceeding customer expectations by understanding and anticipating current and potential needs.
- Implementing Health, Safety & Environment directives and ensuring instructions and regulations are communicated within the team, while monitoring and reporting progress and results.
Ensuring that your area is properly organized, resourced and supervised, with team members certified in line with global certification and local regulations.
- Reviewing competence levels to ensure that people are appropriately qualified to handle the jobs assigned to them.
**Your background**:
- 4 years of experience working in industrial plants/electrical installations.
- Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing.
- Knowledge of electrical installations, automation and instrumentation.
- Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Project management experience, certification is desirable.
- Bachelor´s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Possibility to travel to customer sites, driver's license.
