**What You'll Do**
**Lead End-to-End ERP Data Migrations**
+ Design and execute end-to-end migration strategies from legacy ERP and accounting systems to NetSuite.
+ Perform complex data extraction, transformation, mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities.
+ Build and maintain scalable ETL processes that ensure high-quality, reliable data migrations.
+ Develop transformation logic and automation to support diverse customer data requirements.
+ Support cutover activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-migration validation.
**Advise Customers on Data Strategy**
+ Assess customer data quality and identify opportunities for cleansing and optimization.
+ Develop migration roadmaps, risk mitigation plans, and phased implementation strategies.
+ Provide guidance on data governance, master data management, and long-term data maintenance best practices.
+ Conduct data profiling and readiness assessments to establish successful migration outcomes.

+ Partner with customers throughout the migration lifecycle, setting expectations and communicating complex technical concepts clearly.
+ Collaborate with consultants, business analysts, and technical teams to resolve migration challenges.
+ Provide user enablement, training, and best practices to support customer adoption.
+ Deliver post-go-live support to ensure customers maximize the value of their NetSuite investment.

+ Enhance migration methodologies, tools, and best practices.

**What We're Looking For:**
**Required Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of experience delivering complex ERP data migration projects.
+ Hands-on experience migrating data into NetSuite from systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP platforms.
+ Advanced SQL skills with experience in data transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
+ Experience developing ETL processes using tools such as Oracle Data Integrator, Informatica, Talend, Celigo, Dell Boomi, or similar technologies.
+ Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PL/SQL for automation and data manipulation.
+ Strong understanding of NetSuite data structures, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteCloud, and migration best practices.
+ Knowledge of enterprise data governance, data quality management, and master data management.
+ Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks including GDPR, SOX, and CCPA.
+ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

**Job Description**
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in NetSuite Financial Management, OneWorld, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), SuiteBilling, SuiteProjects Pro (PSA), CRM, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, and the SuiteCloud Platform. Candidates should be able to translate complex business requirements into scalable functional solutions while leveraging NetSuite leading practices.
Strong knowledge of AMP business processes-including advertising campaign management, project-based services, subscription and recurring revenue, resource management, contract and revenue management, multi-entity financial operations, and performance reporting-is essential. Experience integrating NetSuite with CRM, marketing automation, publishing, advertising technology (AdTech), and marketing technology (MarTech) platforms is highly desirable.
Oracle NetSuite's Advanced Customer Support (ACS) organization provides ongoing functional and technical services that help customers maximize the value of their NetSuite investment through continuous optimization, solution enhancements, user adoption, and operational excellence.
As part of the ACS AMP team, this role partners with customers to optimize finance, project operations, revenue management, reporting, integrations, and AI-enabled business processes that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ 6+ years of overall relevant experience in one or more of NetSuite's core vertical markets.
+ Proven hands-on NetSuite ERP functional consulting experience.
+ Experience supporting customers within the Advertising, Media & Publishing (AMP) industry strongly preferred.
+ 2+ years of customer-facing consulting experience with regular executive and C-suite interactions.
+ Familiarity with NetSuite AI capabilities such as Text Enhance, Prompt Studio, Narrative Insights, Intelligent Bill Capture, AI Connector Service, or SuiteScript AI APIs is a plus.
+ Strong verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
+ Experience defining functional requirements for complex SuiteCloud customizations, integrations, and reporting solutions.
