**Objetivo del cargo**:
**Responsabilidades**:
- Manejo de RRSS (diseño de piezas, redacción de copies para posteos, armado de reels, gestionar comunidad).
- Diseño y envío de comunicaciones - Mailing y Whatsapp a clientes fidelizados o potenciales clientes a través de plataformas de delivery.
- Atención y resolución de consultas de cliente final por todos los canales de comunicación (Whatsapp, Mail y Redes Sociales).
- Atención y resolución de consultas de equipos de tienda (vía Whatsapp y Mail).
- Dar seguimiento diario a los principales KPIs del programa.

- Coordinación, ejecución y asistencia a los eventos vinculados al programa de fidelidad.
- Apoyar en nuevos proyectos y mejoras del área.
**El perfil**:
- Estudiantes avanzados o recién egresados de carreras como Comunicación, Marketing, Administración o afines.
- Manejo de programas de diseño gráfico (excluyente).
