**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Entry-Level Chat Assassin works with a highly skilled client success team, with the core aim to **start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.**
You will work with our teams to sell for one of our clients, a Business Coach, speaking as them on their social media platforms.
Your day to day will consist approximately of:
- 2 hours of starting new conversations on social media
- 2 hours of follow-ups
- 2 hours of organic account growth
- 1hr 30min of replying to active leads and closing sales
- 30min of management and daily communication tasks

Fountain Forward is looking for a Copywriter, primarily focused on social media and website content, who will enhance our clients’ brands and build strong online communities through relevant messaging. We value creativity and welcome new ways of thinking that push us and our clients outside the box. The Copywriting Specialist will be responsible for generating and administering original text content that is designed to engage users and cultivate leads and sales for Fountain Forward’s clients.
Core Responsibilities
Creating copy and copywriting strategies to help our clients achieve their marketing goals
Taking client’s advertising brief and generating original copy and ideas that grab the attention of the target audience.
Managing, creating, and publishing original high-quality written content on various platforms.
Coordinate with various departments, especially the Strategy Director and Creative Director, to create compelling and effective Call to Action content.
Writing clear, compelling copy for various mediums (e.g. ads, blogs, social captions, and newsletters).
Perform research on current trends and audience preferences. Including familiarizing themself with the product, target audience and competitor activities in the market
Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure a cohesive brand image. Including meeting with account executives to discuss the client’s requirements and core messaging.
Liaise with the Creative Department to ensure consistency, brand identity, and that content is informative and appealing. Including brainstorming ideas and concepts for the visual and words with other members of the creative team.
Design and implement deliberate copywriting strategy to align with client goals and branding.
Audits, with recommendations, of the ongoing strategy and adjust according to goal completion.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 3 years proven work experience as a copywriter
Ability to interpret marketing, branding, or strategy briefs to understand project requirements, audience and write relevant copy.
Ability to write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice.
Must be team-oriented and flexible
Strong written and verbal communication skills
