**Misión principal**: Trabajar en equipo para desarrollar soluciones óptimas que satisfagan las necesidades de los clientes y del negocio.
**Las principales funciones son**:
Levantamiento de requerimientos
Ser el enlace y tener constante comunicación entre el negocio y tecnología
Transformar los requerimientos técnicos y funcionales en Historias de usuario
Elaboración de presentaciones de negocio
Análisis de datos para la toma de decisiones
Asistir en las pruebas de aceptación de usuario para las historias de usuario y apoyar al Product Owner a validar el UAT.
**Requisitos**:
Experiência de al menos 1 año en cargos similares
Formación académica completa, deseable Ing. Civil Industrial/ Comercial o carreras afines.
Experiência trabajando con metodologías agiles (equipos de desarrollo de productos, canales webs o aplicaciones)

We are looking for a BA (Business Analyst) who can understand payroll and tax compliance to join our Tax Compliance team. Do you possess a deep domain knowledge of payroll and taxes for large companies, possibly by previously working as a payroll administrator or by working with payroll professionals to teach, implement, or support their payroll solution? Are you an analytical thinker and problem-solver, a planner and an organizer, and a strong communicator (written and verbal)? Are you comfortable working in a highly technical environment, working with software development and complicated logic, and translating that complexity into clear and actionable requirements? Do you know how to gather insights from a diverse group of people and collaborate with a team to design solutions for user problems in an agile software environment? Are you fun to work with?
If you are the kind of person who is passionate about payroll and tax compliance, a stickler for details, able to comprehend and explain complex logic in a clear and simple manner, and skilled at collaborating with others, you are the kind of person we want on our team.
Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Research and quickly understand customer needs, regulatory requirements, technical functionality, and payroll calculations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Support and Services as well as with developers and QA engineers to design software features and enhancements.
- Write clear and actionable requirements (user stories, use case scenarios, and acceptance criteria) to help focus the team on solving the right problems.
- Facilitate meetings that help the team understand the customer, the problem we’re trying to solve, and the success criteria for the solution.
- Think imaginatively and intuitively while quickly grasping and synthesizing new ideas and reacting to rapidly changing situations.
- Ensure that projects remain on-track and in-scope, communicate project status, and escalate potential problems proactively and professionally.
- Work closely with Delivery Assurance to ensure that your features are ready for release, including the proper planning and coordination with the Learning and Marketing teams.
- Help establish and improve processes and standards for how we work.
- Be obsessed with delivering value to customers.
**Qualifications**:
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience (3+ years) working as a Business Analyst in an agile software development environment
- Certification in payroll administration
- SQL knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or technology-related field.
- Strong analytical skills to research and understand complex business problems and write detailed level requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of organizational skills to successfully work independently or within a team to balance multiple priorities and overlapping tasks.
- Equal proficiency in presenting ideas and details clearly through verbal presentations and technical documentation.
- Capable of collaborating with others to troubleshoot problems and design solutions.

- Key Responsibilities: _
Reconciliation of all estimates used in PnL to the final invoice value ensures our trading PnL is deemed to be finalized and correctly in line with our statutory requirements. This information is then used to drive the trade ledgers in the statutory accounts. The role also carries a large emphasis on the continual review and upgrade to processes and system to increase the accuracy and timeliness of our reporting.
