Profesional universitario de las carreras de Ciencias Económicas, Ingeniería, TI o afines, con formación y experiência mayor a 3 años en Gestión de Proyectos (alineado al PMI) de TI de cierta complejidad con diversos interlocutores y manejo de la herramienta MS Project.
Se valorará contar con experiência en gestión de proyectos de implementación de ERP´s (preferentemente SAP) en entidades de porte. Como también, contar con Certificación PMP, así como cursos relacionados al uso de Metodologías Ágile.
Se requiere disponibilidad para viajar al interior.
**Objetivo de la posición**:
Participar en un proyecto de implementación de solución de tecnología asistiendo al Líder de Proyecto - Project Manager Global en el rol de Project Manager, cuya función sería apoyar en la planificación, organización y seguimiento del mismo.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
• Own and lead projects and operational initiatives end-to-end within the Operations, Support, and IT Administration domains. < r>• pply classical (waterfall) project management methodologies, with clearly defined phases: conception, planning, execution, and closure. < r>• C eate and manage project baselines including detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), Gantt charts, and specification documents. < r>• M nitor project progress rigorously using “Plan vs. Actual” analysis and proactively manage deviations.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordin te internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects. < r>• I plement structured change request processes for any scope, timeline, or budget adjustments post sign-off. < r>• M intain high standards of documentation and ensure strict adherence to organizational processes and project standards throughout the lifecycle. < r>
- Organizational Leadership
• P ovide organizational and disciplinary leadership to the operations/support/IT admin team. < r>• M nage team capacity, roles, and performance evaluations. < r>• O ersee team functions, ensuring consistent delivery of assigned tasks and alignment with business objectives. < r>• U derstand employees’ roles and responsibilities well enough to support, guide, and optimize performance – without requiring hands-on technical execution.

Required Skills:
Expertise in classical project management methodologies is essential, with a proven track record in:
• W terfall and Hybrid project lifecycles. < r>• D tailed upfront planning using Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Gantt charts, and Critical Path Method (CPM). < r>• F rmal project control techniques, including baseline management, Earned Value Management (EVM), and rigorous change control processes. < r>• P actical experience with open source project management suites (e.g., OpenProject, ProjectLibre) for creating project structure plans, detailed Gantt charts, and milestone tracking. < r>• C nfident use of collaboration tools such as enterprise wikis (e.g., DokuWiki, BookStack) for central documentation and Mattermost for structured communication. < r>• V ry good knowledge of visualizing processes and workflows with tools such as draw.io. < r>
Professional Qualifications
• B chelor’s degree in one of the following or related fields: Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Project Management
• P oven experience in structured project management, especially in risk-based planning, resource allocation, and budgeting. < r>• P P, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage but not required. < r>• roven and demonstrable expertise in the core principles of classical project management (as outlined in the PMBOK Guide) is required < r>• S rong capabilities in upfront planning, including scope definition, scheduling, and documentation. < r>• F miliarity with IT-related topics is an advantage. < r>

Requisitos mínimos
**Necesitas**:
Experiência en Consultoría o gestión de proyectos (áreas de management, auditoría, o similares. Deseable).
Tener buen manejo de herramientas informáticas (principalmente paquete Office, en particular Excel).
Dominio de inglés básico o superior.
Poder realizar informes y presentaciones.
Tener un manejo intermedio de planillas, tablas y números.
